When the night came again, it was all dark and cold
The Mystery of glowing matter was still unknown
And the cries of the wild beasts were still so strong
When the sunlight was gone, a thunderstorm burnt the woods
Eruption of fire, a sudden desire
A mystical flame now rising through the dark
‘Follow me to Sui Ming, in the far west
Where you can find the fire and bring it back with you’
Over mountains, across seas, resting under a huge tree
He discovered how to spark a flame
He brought the fire that would never ever go out
No more darkness and cold, no more fear of the night
Melting power and glowing driving force of life
For humankind
Resting under green leaves, sparks appear in front of him
Up in the trees, woodpeckers are releasing
some colorful flares to light the blackened sky
As the embers reach the ground, all the answers have been found
Rubbing some dead sticks until fire started
A new age is rising, the power’s in his hand
