Architects - Machine

I'm trying to speak to myself but the universe can tell
I cry for help when nobodies around
But I've gotta feel it
Keep bringing me down to earth
And bury me in the dirt
Tangle me in the roots beneath the ground
I don't care why you left me here
I just wanna believe
When life took a bite out of me
I built myself again
The space that was left still bleeds
Don't you see?
I just wanna believe
I looked at the peak as I fell
It was infinitely now
Behind the cloud
The stars were fading out
But I've gotta feel it
Keep bringing me down to earth
And bury me in the dirt
Tangle me in the roots beneath the ground
I don't care why you left me here
I just wanna believe
When life took a bite out of me
I built myself again
The space that was left still bleeds
Don't you see?
I just wanna believe
Cause fate doesn't know how to please
And there's poison in regret
Its taken a bite out of me
Don't you see?
I just wanna believe
So tell me I'm more than machine
