That special time of year is drawing near
And everywhere I look there's good cheer
And I feel so inspired
It's a snowy winter's night
And I've got my pen held tight
So I'll itemize by a nice warm fire

I watch snowmen dance
And I hear them sing
And I can see those reindeer fly
I saw the love grow hudge
Inside a stingy Scrooge
I keep my wishes Big
And my hopes up high
The things that I've got in mind
I surely hope Saint Nick can find
Somewhere they musy exist
And I can't resist
So, Santa here's my Christmas list

I want a rocket balloon
That can fly to the moon
A co-pilot named Rocky Raccoon
I want a twelve string can
I could play in a band
With some fine tune musical spoons
And I want my own time machine
A fast submarine
I don't want what you think I need
Dear Santa can you please agree
To leave under the the tree
Everything on my Christmas list for me

In a world of winter wonder
Love is on the rise
Where tales of redemptoon
Competes for my guys
It was a cinch that the Grinch's heart
Grew to full size
And Frosty magic hat-stealer
turned warm & wise

So, once I was bad,
But now I work to be good
I do my homework and my chores
Just like I know I should
Mr. Claus please pause,
Read my list thoroughly
Enjoy the milk and cookies
And my grandma's ravioli

And don't forget my
Rocket balloon
