Gus And Frank - We Suck

Let me tell ya bit about the band that you are listening to
There's five in Gus & Frank now
But there used to be two (Gus & Frank)

Gus writes the words and he dabbles with the basic melodies
But I can't sing for shit and that's where Frankie comes in

Singing basically we're fucked
And we work so hard at it
Certainly we suck
And we're so perfect at it
That maybe someday we'll rock
Certainly we suck ohh
Chugga chugga chugga chugga chug

Now Frank looks a little like the porno star from Boogie Nights
And he hides like a woos behind Gus whenever there's a bar fight

Chris brought an amp had a lesson now he thinks he's Jimi Hendrix
And he sings better than me so I turn him down in the mix

So basically we're fucked (sorry Edna)
And we work so hard at it
Certainly we suck
And we're so perfect at it
That maybe someday we'll rock
Certainly we suck ohh
Chugga chugga chugga chugga chug

We got a manager his name is Dick
He said our songs could be really big
And he can sell ice to the Eskimos
And that's how he got us this gig
Yeah
Chugga chugga chugga chugga chug

Now Matt on the bass he had a very unusual childhood
And we only really asked him to play because his hair looks good

The drummer is a nerd with an office job but his hat looks sweet
So we offered him a spot in the band and the Hat keeps missin' the beat

So basically we're fucked
And we work so hard at it
Certainly we suck
And we're so perfect at it
That maybe someday we'll rock
Certainly we suck ohh
Chugga chugga chugga chugga chug

So basically we're fucked
And we work so hard at it
Certainly we suck
And we're so perfect at it
That maybe someday we'll rock
Maybe someday we'll rock
Maybe someday we'll rock
Yeah
Chugga chugga chugga chugga chug
