Monrose - Live Life Get By

People criticize the way I live my life
but who are they to put me down
I try my best and thank the lord Im blessed everyday

and though Ive had my share of highs, it made me realise
that nothing ever comes for free
all I do is try and make the most of being me

but sometimes you get to the point
where you just cant go on and it feels like the end of the road
but if you keep going round
with your head in the clouds will you see whats right under your nose?

And if its never gonna be
dont try to hold on
see everybody has a dream
that doesnt seem to go right
youre not the only one who hurts
theres people going through so much worse
and still I try, to live my life and get by

everybody thinks they know how life should go
but nothing ever goes to plan
all we seem to do is wait around for something more

and though Ive been just where youve been I tried to chase a dream
Ive watched it crumble to the ground
that Im still standing stronger than I ever have before

so you should keep moving on
till you know that its right when it is youll know from the inside

And if its never gonna be
dont try to hold on

that doesnt seem to go right
youre not the only one who hurts
theres people going through so much worse

everyday all I do
is never quite enough
and in every way, I can say
I'm been close to giving up

if I wanted to I could be
anything I wanna be
its taken time for me to realise
that dreams aint always what they seem
